Our Story
Nativo Chef was founded in La Fortuna by Chef Sergio Brenes, with a simple idea: to bring the quality and hospitality of a fine dining restaurant directly to your private villa or vacation rental.

Since 2023, we’ve created 900+ private dining experiences and are trusted by 120+ villas and vacation rentals around Arenal. Every experience is thoughtfully planned, with fresh ingredients purchased specifically for each reservation.
Our Team
Born and raised in Costa Rica, Chef Sergio Brenes is the founder and Head Chef of Nativo Chef. He leads our culinary team, overseeing our menus, recipes and the standards behind every experience.
