Founded in La Fortuna, Costa Rica, our mission is to bring the quality and hospitality of a fine dining restaurant directly to your private villa or vacation rental. Born and raised in Costa Rica, Chef Sergio Brenes has spent years developing his craft in some of the country's leading hotels and restaurants.
Inspired by Costa Rica's incredible produce and rich culinary traditions, Sergio combines fresh local ingredients with modern techniques to create dishes that are both authentic and memorable.
As Head Chef of Nativo Chef, Sergio leads our culinary team, overseeing menu development, quality, and the standards that define every dining experience we provide.
